A dedicated workspace where people with inspiring ideas and commitment are able to connect, discover and vigorously pursue opportunities for presenting and publishing artistic and scholarly works. The Centre is a lab for creative exploration of applied/devised theatre and performance-based innovative ideas for both communities and scholars. C-SET’s vision engages embodied and reflective approaches for building ensemble and performing stories, and exploring and analyzing individual and systemic oppression. The Centre houses research offices for graduate students and post-doctoral fellows, and a meeting room that can accommodate colloquial, meetings among scholars, and small conferences and be the focal point for the ongoing project of the CRC.
